This is Artisan roasting, small batches, roasted to order.
Some beans are best at different roasting levels.
Color and Chafe amounts also very with how they are processed.
Your choices :
Blanco - slightly toasted and minimal color change, 25/50
Bright-Light - browned with a strong natural bean flavor 28/50
City+ A medium roast, bolder taste, hidden flavors starts to emerge 32/50
Full City - A medium to dark roast, still some seem chaff 38/50
'DARK' - Fill City without seam chaff 40/50
Espresso roast without the burnt flavor. 44/50
totally burnt 50/50
We never use beans decaffinated with solvents. Our prime choice is Swiss Water (water + filter), the other method is CO2 caffeine extraction.
